1. Scope and App Features

AI Photo Prompt : Promptx provides a gallery of creative photo prompts, example images, and categories such as Portrait, General, 3D Art, Nature, Anime, Birthday, and other styles that may be available in the current version. Users can browse the gallery and use prompt text in their own creative workflows.

The app does not require users to create an account or provide their name, phone number, or password to browse the prompt gallery. Features may change over time; this policy will be updated if our information practices change.

2. Permissions and Photos

Browsing the prompt gallery does not require camera, microphone, contacts, or precise-location permission. The app does not intentionally access those features for ordinary prompt browsing.

If a future or current version offers a feature that lets you select, import, or upload a photo, the operating system may show a photo-picker or permission interface. Any photo you choose should be used for the feature you initiate. If that feature sends a photo or prompt to an external AI provider or server, the app must explain that transfer, its purpose, and the provider before the feature is used. This policy must be updated to describe the exact implementation before such a feature is released.

Text copied using a copy function may be placed on your device clipboard. Clipboard contents are controlled by your device and may be replaced when you copy other content.

3. Information That May Be Processed

Depending on the app configuration and the services enabled, the app and its service providers may process the following categories of information:

• App and device information: app version, operating system version, device model, language, and similar technical information used to support compatibility and diagnose problems.
• Usage and interaction information: events such as opening the app, viewing screens or prompt categories, interacting with app features, and session or engagement information.
• Diagnostics: crash reports, performance information, and error details that help identify and fix technical problems, if diagnostics features are enabled.

We do not intend to collect a user's contacts, call logs, SMS, microphone recordings, or precise GPS location for the prompt-gallery feature. Do not interpret this statement as a guarantee that third-party SDKs process no device information; their processing is described in the sections below.

4. Google AdMob Advertising

The app uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob and related Google advertising technologies may process information such as device or advertising identifiers, IP address, app and device information, ad delivery data, ad impressions, clicks or other interactions, and signals used to detect invalid traffic or abuse. The exact data processed can vary with the device, region, SDK version, and advertising settings.

This information may be used by Google and its advertising partners, as applicable, to deliver and measure ads, limit repeated ads, help prevent fraud and invalid traffic, report advertising performance, and support advertising-related operations. Whether ads are personalized depends on applicable law, the user's choices, and the app's AdMob and consent configuration.

Where required, the app may present Google's consent choices or other legally required notices for advertising and measurement. The absence of a camera, contacts, or location permission prompt does not mean that an advertising SDK cannot process technical information. 5. Google Analytics

The app uses Google Analytics to understand app usage and improve stability, usability, and performance. Depending on the implementation and settings, Google Analytics may process app interaction events, session and engagement information, app instance identifiers, device and app details, approximate geographic information derived from technical signals, and diagnostic information.

Analytics information may help us understand which screens or prompt categories are used, identify technical issues, and make informed improvements. Analytics data is processed by Google under its applicable terms and privacy documentation. The precise collection and retention behavior depends on the Analytics product, SDK version, configuration, and settings enabled by the developer.

6. How Information Is Used

Information processed by the app or its service providers may be used, where applicable, to:

• display the prompt gallery and operate the app's core features;

• identify, investigate, and fix crashes, bugs, and compatibility issues;
• deliver, measure, and report advertisements;
• detect invalid ad activity, fraud, security issues, and abuse;
• comply with legal obligations and enforce applicable terms.

We do not claim to use information for a purpose that is not actually implemented in the app. If our features or SDK configuration change, we will update this policy as appropriate.

7. Sharing and Third-Party Processing

We do not sell personal information that we directly collect from users. Information may be processed by Google and its relevant service providers through AdMob and Analytics to provide advertising, analytics, diagnostics, security, and measurement functions. These providers may process information under their own terms, privacy policies, and service settings.

Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to lawful requests, protect users or the service, investigate suspected fraud or security issues, or protect legal rights.

We do not intentionally share prompt-gallery activity with unrelated third parties except as described in this policy or as required to provide a feature you choose. If another third-party SDK is added, its data practices must be reviewed and this policy updated before or when the integration is released.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, subject to technical needs and applicable legal requirements. Prompt text copied to the clipboard remains subject to your device's clipboard behavior. The app does not provide user accounts for the prompt-gallery feature, so there is no app account to delete.

Information processed by Google AdMob or Google Analytics may be retained according to Google's applicable retention settings, product policies, and legal obligations. 10. Children's Privacy

The app is not designed to knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Advertising and analytics services can have their own rules for age-related processing and child-directed services. If the app is intended for children, targets children, or is included in Google Play's Families program, the developer must verify that the app, advertising setup, analytics setup, and all SDKs comply with the applicable Families requirements before release.

Advertising personalization and certain data controls may be available through your Google account, device settings, or consent choices shown in the app, depending on your region and the app's configuration.
